The phw VIP program is a loyalty system built into the platform that rewards players for their activity over time. It works through a tier structure — the more you play real-money games across the phw platform, the higher your tier, and the more substantial the benefits you receive.
This is not a promotional campaign with an expiry date. The VIP program is a core feature of phw, designed to give players who spend real time and money on the platform something meaningful in return. Benefits scale with your tier — starting from entry-level perks at Bronze and increasing considerably as you move through Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
VIP status applies across the entire phw platform. Points accumulate from slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, online poker, and fish games — every category in the Game Lobby. You do not need to limit yourself to one type of game to build your status, and switching between categories does not reset or pause your progress.
The phw VIP program runs across four tiers. Each tier builds on the previous one — you keep the benefits from lower tiers and gain additional ones as you progress. Here is an overview of what each level offers.

The mechanics of the VIP program are straightforward. Every real-money wager you place on phw earns VIP points. Points accumulate in the background while you play — you do not need to opt in separately or activate anything. As your total point balance crosses tier thresholds, your VIP level upgrades automatically.
Here is a step-by-step view of how a player moves through the program from registration to the higher tiers.
Create Your phw Account
Register a free account on phw and complete account verification (KYC). Verified accounts are eligible for VIP point accumulation from the first real-money wager placed.
Make a PHP Deposit
Fund your account using Philippine online banking, bank transfer, or a supported local e-wallet. Your balance is ready to use across all Game Lobby categories immediately after a successful deposit.
Play and Earn VIP Points
Every real-money bet across slots, live casino, sports, eBingo, poker, and fish games earns VIP points. Points accumulate continuously — there is no time limit on building your total within a tier cycle.
Reach a New Tier Threshold
When your accumulated points pass the threshold for the next tier, your VIP level updates. You receive a notification through your phw account, and new tier benefits become active on your profile immediately.
Enjoy Tier Benefits
Benefits apply automatically — faster withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, priority support, and exclusive offers become accessible based on your current tier without any manual claim needed.
Maintain or Advance Further
Continue playing to maintain your current tier or advance to the next. The phw platform tracks your progress through your account dashboard, so you can see how far you are from the next tier at any time.
The table below summarises how specific benefits differ across the four phw VIP tiers. This gives a clearer picture of what changes as you progress from Bronze to Platinum.

One thing worth understanding about the phw VIP program is that it is not tied to a single game category. Filipino players who enjoy variety — switching between a slot session, a few live baccarat hands, and a sports bet on a PBA game, for example — earn VIP points from all of it. There is no penalty for variety, and no single category that earns faster than others as a blanket rule.
This matters for players in the Philippines who tend to use the platform across multiple contexts. You might play a quick fish game round on your phone during a break in Quezon City, check a live casino table from Cebu on the weekend, and place a basketball bet from Davao during a PBA playoff game. Every session contributes to the same VIP progress on your account.
The phw mobile app gives you full access to your VIP dashboard on the go, so you can check your current tier, track points, and see what the next tier requires without needing to open a desktop browser. Download and installation details are on the Download page, and a full overview of app features is on the App page.
For players focused on sports betting, the phw Sports section covers basketball, volleyball, boxing, football, esports, and international competitions — all contributing to VIP points. Likewise, the full range of slots, live dealer tables, eBingo, and poker in the Game Lobby feed into the same tier progress.
